Care Guidelines
Light: Provide moderate to bright, indirect light, similar to Phalaenopsis (800–1000 foot-candles). East-facing windows work well; they can handle some morning sun.

Watering: This species likes to be kept constantly damp, more so than many other multifloral paphs. Do not let the substrate dry out completely, but avoid waterlogging to prevent root rot.

Temperature: Thrives in warm conditions with a minimum night temperature around

Potting Mix & Repotting: Use a well-draining, moisture-retaining mix (e.g., fine bark, sphagnum moss, perlite). Repot annually, as the required moist conditions can break down the medium quickly.

Humidity & Air: High humidity (in habitat) is beneficial, but ensure good air movement to prevent rot.

Fertilizer: Feed regularly with a weak, balanced fertilizer (1/4 to 1/2 strength) every 2-3 waterings, especially during active growth.

Key Tips for Success:
Slow Grower: Paph. sanderianum is notorious for being slow, especially as a seedling.
Don't Move: They dislike being moved frequently.
Water Quality: Use rainwater or reverse osmosis water to prevent salt buildup.
Never Dry: Because they lack pseudobulbs (water storage), they cannot tolerate long dry periods
